I have always loved working with people whether it be working with the youth, teaching performing arts, coaching or mentoring. This stems from my childhood of being the eldest child. I always carried the responsibility and never had anyone that I could express my feelings, goals and future aspirations to. As an adult, I determined in my heart to be the person I desired to have as a child for others. 

My heart has always been about the welfare of people in terms of self-confidence and growth, I am passionate but firm with every person that walks through the Undiscovered door. With my performing arts background, I can draw out the best, what is hidden and enhance what is already there.
My people's skills enable all who comes into my presence to feel comfortable and engaged.
