Social & Marketing Assistant

 We are looking for a sales and marketing assistant manager to assist in the advertising and to create competitive advantages for our company in the fashion industry.

The sales and marketing assistant manager's responsibilities include generating unique sales plans, creating engaging advertisements, emails, and promotional literature, developing pricing strategies, and meeting marketing and sales human resource objectives. The sales and marketing assistant manager represents the company's brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.

ROLE & KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understand consumer requirements, identify marketing and suggest improvements to meet the company’s marketing goals.

  • Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press

  • Implement new sales plans and advertising

  • Maintain relationships with clients by understanding their needs and anticipating new marketing opportunities

  • Maintain and update customer database

EXPERIENCE:

  • Effective communication skills

  • Customer service and Sales experience

  • A degree in Marketing or Communications (optional)

 

Basic Skills and Knowledge:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Have a good eye for design

  • Solution orientated

  • Highly organised

  • Attention to detail

  • Self-starter, who relishes challenges and strives for the best

  • Strong team player builds relationships and consults with others, quickly establishes trust and credibility

  • Ethical with strong integrity
